Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work performed by Ryan. The job was complex yet he took the time to explain the process of excavating and repairing an underground water pipe under our driveway. Ryan was courteous and professional throughout and completed the job to a very high standard. We would highly recommend Hipwell Plumbing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we’re asked most. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Just give us a call or send us an enquiry.

Do you provide emergency plumbing services?

Yes. We offer an emergency plumbing service for urgent issues such as burst pipes, gas leaks and major blockages. If you're experiencing an emergency, please call us and we'll do our best to assist.

What areas do you service?

We service the Tweed Shire and Southern Gold Coast, including Pottsville, Murwillumbah, Kingscliff, Terranora, Banora Point, Tweed Heads, Coolangatta and surrounding areas, extending north to Burleigh. If you're not sure whether we service your area, just ask—we're always happy to help.

What plumbing services do you offer?

We provide a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing services, including hot water systems, blocked drains, water leaks and burst pipes, leak detection, gas fitting, general plumbing maintenance and emergency plumbing. If you're not sure whether we can help, just give us a call.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured in both New South Wales and Queensland and carry out all work in accordance with Australian plumbing and gas fitting standards.

Will I get a quote before work starts?

Where practical, we're happy to provide a quote or pricing guide before work begins for jobs such as hot water system replacements, renovations and new bathroom installations.

Some jobs can't be accurately quoted until we've inspected the issue on site. Plumbing repairs often involve hidden issues that can't be seen until work begins, making it difficult to provide an accurate quote beforehand. We'll always explain the process and discuss your options with you.
